LINC 2012 - The international Leader conference LINC was held in Estonia. The event was organized by LAG Tartu Rural Development Association as a leading partner, and Rural Economy Research Centre rural network bureau and South-Estonian LAGs - LAG Borderlands Leader, LAG Põlva County Partnership Board, LAG Valga County Partnerships Board and LAG Võrumaa Partnership Assembly, as cooperation partners.
