Address: Lepiku farm, Saksa village, Kehtna municipality, Rapla county

Lepiku farm won the II prize of competition "The Best Farm" on the category of young farmers.

Kaupo's father started farming in 1989. Ten years later, the farm belonged to his son. Currently there are 69 dairy cows and the average output was 7400 kilos per cow in 2007. Two years ago the free-range farm for 99 animals was completed. It is also used by young animals. The owner thinks that the current number on cows is optimum. If there will be a wish to increase the dairy cattle, they would need to employ more people. The another way would be starting to use more and higher mechanisms. Mrs Pärnamägi is qualified veterinary, whose other job is to seed animals in other farms.
