Coordinator meeting in southern Finland on 9.-10.8.2011 – Theme in the meeting will be Baltic States

A Finnish LAG Päijänne Leader is arranging a meeting for coordinators, rural developers and international guests on August in cooperation with the Finnish Rural Network. Our theme in the meeting is Baltic States which means that we are willing to get aquainted with this region from rural developer’s point of view.
Because of the theme we welcome visitors from Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania in order to create contacts between our countries and to get information of Baltic States’ culture and Leader approach. The meeting is held at a place called Majatalo Onnenmyyrä, which is located at Padasjoki (in a village Nyystölä), about 50 km from Lahti to northwest.

If you are interested to participate in this meeting, please, contact Mr. Kaj Loman, and he will give you more detailed information on accomodation, transportation and similar issues. We hope that many people from Baltic States are coming and let us know about their intentions no later than June 24th.
We are also trying to find people from Baltic States, who can talk about the themes mentioned in the programme. If you know some enthusiastic people, let us know about these persons and we will contact them.
