ESTONIN RURAL NETWORK: Leader training for local action groups’ evaluation committee members (II group)

Rural Network bureau of Rural Economy Research Centre in cooperation with Leader local action groups are organizing two-day training for strategy’s evaluation committee members.
 
The trainings will be held in two groups. It is planned to have 70-75 participants per one working-group.

We are expecting evaluation committee members and also one member from every local action group – so 3-7 participants per every LAG, depending on the evaluation committee size.

The register deadline is 15th February 2012!

Introduction of the topic by the representative of Estonian Ministry of Agriculture
11.00 – 12.00 Leader principles – by Antero Lehikoinen, manager, Joensuu region LAG, Finland
12.00 – 13.00 Lunch
13.00 – 13.30 Presentation about European Network for Rural Development Leader sub-committee Focus group 4 “Good Local Development Strategies” – by Ave Bremse, Head of Rural Network Bureau, Rural Economy Research Centre / member of Focus Group 4
13.30 – 15.00 Main principles of administrative procedure on decision making process – representative of Legal Services Department of Estonian Ministry of Agriculture (TBC)
15.00 - 15.30 Coffee break
15.30 – 16.00 Brief theoretical overview about the evaluation criteria of frequently used Leader project  application (e.g. sustainability, innovativeness, effectiveness, optimality of the budget, quality of the project, capability of the applicant) - by the trainers
