Summary:	To let artist an culture people from each country visit the other countries and describe what they see in their own way / piece of art. These pieces of art will then show tourists what to be seen in the other area, but also tell the area itself how it is seen by a foreigner´s eyes. It will also make visitors aware of our common history. In the 18th century we were all parts of the same country (Sweden) now we have been for a long time separated in three different countries and sometimes hard to keep in touch because of politics etc.
