The project is designed to contribute to the creation of small business initiatives and rural development, to promote non-agricultural activities, cooperation with other entrepreneurs and communities, craftsmen and etc., and exchange of experiences at the local and international levels. Project participants are provided with opportunity to gain experiences from the project participants of Latvia and Zarasai regions. Cooperation, shared examples of good experiences will provide new job and additional income opportunities and in this way will improve the quality of life in rural areas. |
