To promote dairy-farm products sale through presenting production and processing. To acquaint rural life as a whole through presenting and experiencing to potential customers. |
| Objectives of the project: |
The aim of this project is to create idoneous environment by Nopri Talumeierei for rendering an agro-tourism service.
By investing to start offering agro-tourism services, start a farm shop, to build a place for holding seminars and meetings for 80 persons. |
| Main activities: |
Building a farm shop to Meierei second floor, conference/catering hall and kitchen. Buying kitchen devices and cold display case in farm shop. |
| Output and results indicators: |
This undertaking is a member of local network of micro-enterprises, which aim is to create new employments. By municipality´s view we want to be a role-model for other regions. This project gave benefit to Nopri and the whole community - reflating enterprise-scape, an extra employment was made, community got a place to meet each other. |
| Experiences/lessons learned: |
This project activity is to create an extra diversifying action (farm shop and a place where tourists communication could be held)in region. Its' soft spot could be small amount of local tourism entrepreneurs, creating an attractive area for tourism. |
