| Backround of the project: |
NGO Ellamaa Nature Association idea was born together with Nissi youth center, who felt the actuality of this theme. Application is follow-up event for earlier nature thematic events. |
| Objectives of the project: |
To raise the environmental awareness of young people. |
| Main activities: |
This project organised a lecture for basic school pupils about recycle and sort garbage, exhibition about garbage sorting stations in parish youth- and children institutions and visiting garbage dump and junk yard. |
| Output and results indicators: |
In future there is a plan to organise similar projects about health, healthy diet, medicine and folk medicine. |
