| Backround of the project: |
The enterprise is planning to purchase an universal machine for wood-working to increase the production output and to fasten the production process. It will be working on computer-system. |
| Main activities: |
Expanding the gable hall and designing the production line of blockhouse building on Pääsupesa ground in Rusa village Haanja municipality Võru county.
The first phase: designing the universal wood processing machine and building a machine room
The second phase: constructing the universal wood processing machine
The third phase: developing, installing and implementing the computer pilot system
Production experiments: training for employees.
The raw-material comes from South-East Estonia, employees through Võru department of Estonian Unemployment Insurance Fund. They also offer practice for neighbour-area's craft schools, take account of, implement and encourage the work of local area's people who are dealing with culture and handicraft. It also promote local employment culture and it has an environmentally friendly nature. |
| Output and results indicators: |
The investment improves the competitiveness of enterprise, helps to make the production more economy, raises the quality of products, widens the amount of different products, increases the effectiveness and efficiency of production about 30%, creates a new job.
The new production line allows to planish the natural shaped logs according to the lower log. This thereby assures that the house would be heat-proof and also this procedure helps to save from filling material up to 4 times. The uniqueness of handicraft will be retained and the efficiency of products raises 1.3 times. |
