| Backround of the project: | The action of Taebla parish community associations was enlarged some years ago, which accompanied with need for different information and acknowledge. |
| Objectives of the project: | The aim of this project was to train community associations of Taebla parish and also other citizen organisations from third sector. |
| Main activities: | To carry out trainings they stored audio and video technique, which are free to use for village associations when organising other events. There have been trainings for sound technicians, compiling development plans, project leading and compiling, financial management, crew-work, leading NGO-s and handicraft. |
| Output and results indicators: | The result of this project is to create village associations that are capable to organise development plans, events and activities. Also there is a need for follow-up trainings. |
