The training-seminar on rural advisors' personal characteristics and development opportunities will take place on March 2, 2022

The aim of the day is for the participant to define his / her strengths and development areas for working as a rural advisor, based on his / her personal characteristics. The participant is aware of his / her communication skills, strengths and developmental positions when working as an advisor, is able to define his / her development potential and maps opportunities for self-improvement. The personal characteristics of the advisor are decisive in providing good advice.

The seminar will be led by Kaja Piirfeldt and Hanna Tamsalu, CECRA trainer-candidates.

The seminar language is Estonian

The seminar is an introduction to the CECRA training program. The Certificate for European Consultants in Rural Areas (CECRA) is a competency program in European Member States in the field of advisory methodology. If the requirements of CECRA are met, it is possible to start issuing a certificate valid in Europe.
