The meeting will focus on:

Sharing experiences and the current status of EIP-measure implementation in each participant's country, as well as outlining future plans in this regard.

Conducting a brainstorming session to explore methods of stimulating transnational cooperation within the EIP, engaging new stakeholders in the scheme, and ensuring future collaboration with HE projects and the EIP-AGRI Service Facility.

Facilitating in-depth discussions among representatives from Managing Authorities, Paying Agencies, and CAP networks, with the aim of establishing concrete goals for the upcoming year.

DAY 1: EIP TNC working group meeting in Tallinn Tuesday, 09 April 2024 Tallinn/Saku
11.30 - 12.00	Arriving at the METK Saku building and morning coffee
12.00 - 12.15	Welcome words and getting to know each other better through an introduction round
12.15 - 12.45	Providing updates on the current status of EIP-measure implementation in each participant's country, alongside updates on the status of HE initiative
12.45 - 13.30	Group discussion: Starting with introduction and focusing on concrete topics in smaller groups. What steps need to be taken into account when preparing joint calls? (Focus on specific actions) What actions are relevant from MA, PA and CAP network perspective? Which steps need to be synchronized?
13.30 - 14.15	Networking lunch
14.15 - 15.00	Group work continues: Preparing the initial timeline for MA/PA/NN
15.30 - 17.00	Visiting the TFTAK main office to learn more about EIP operational groups focusing on multifunctional foods, and to collaboratively discuss "how to better connect producers with scientists?"
17.00 - 19.30	Checking in at the hotel (Kalev SPA) and free time
19.45 - 21.15	Networking dinner
DAY 2: EIP TNC working group meeting in Tallinn Wednesday, 10 April 2024 Tallinn/Saku
09.00 - 09.15	Quick wake-up followed by an introduction to the plans for day two.
09.15 - 11.00	Presenting the results of yesterday's group work and creating a joint timeline for NN, MA, and PA
11.00 - 11.30	Coffee break
11.30 - 12.30	Discussion on future collaboration with HE projects and the EIP-AGRI Service Facility
12.30	Closing remarks of the meeting followed by a light lunch
