Purpose and Audience

In this webinar, we will focus on the different options you can chose from when preparing the budget table and the actor’s registration templates in line with the multi-actor approach of your Horizon proposal. Many Call Topics of the SoilMission, Cluster6 and e.g. all Joint Undertaking Call Topics “Circular Biobased Economy” require the mandatory design of a project-specific multi-actor approach to ensure user representatives from practice are involved in decision making and consortium activities from proposal writing until the end of the project.

Schedule

PREMIERE members and invited speakers will explain and give examples for:

  • the three forms of registration for consortium members on the Participant Portal and the related pros and cons
  • the different employment options of Beneficiaries, which can help e.g. Operational Group members to contribute with their local practice-driven knowledge to a Horizon project proposal
  • the requirements when signing a service contract, subcontract or apply Cascade Funding (FSTP)
  • various forms of non-monetary acknowledgement for stakeholder engagement
