European Union`s Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) Strategic Plan 2023–2027 one goal is to to modernise agriculture and rural areas through knowledge exchange, innovation and digital transition. Achieving this goal requires a strong Agricultural Knowledge and Innovation System - AKIS that connects farmers, advisors, researchers, businesses and other innovation actors.
The Innovation Network supports the flow of knowledge from research to practice, promotes peer-to-peer learning and facilitates collaboration between stakeholders across the agricultural and food sectors in Estonia and worldwide.

EIP-AGRI Service
The EIP-AGRI Service Facility is a European Comission initiative that supports the development of the Agricultural Knowledge and Innovation System - AKIS across the Europe. It organises seminars, workshops, cross-visits, networking activities, partner search opportunities and thematic networks that bring together farmers, researchers, advisors, businesses and policymakers to strengthen knowledge exchange and accelerate the uptake of innovation in practice.
The Innovation Service actively participates in EIP-AGRI Service Facility activities and supports Estonian farmers, food producers and organisations in finding international cooperation partners, engaging in European innovation networks, and accessing the latest knowledge, innovative solutions and collaboration opportunities available across Europe.

Network to Innovate
Network to Innovate is an international network established through the cooperation of innovation networks from Estonia, Finland, Latvia and Poland. It brings together stakeholders from agriculture, forestry, the bioeconomy and food systems to promote knowledge exchange, innovation and cross-border collaboration.
The network organises webinars, workshops and peer-learning events, showcasing good practices from the four participating countries and fostering international cooperation across sectors.
