The ’Mustaparta archipelago and Tornio valley’ is an international business development project. It´s roots extend back to the 18th century, when Finland and Sweden was the same country as well Tornio and Haparanda the same town and Tornio Valley a hole province. Now we have the border between us. Our common, historical hero was Iisakki Mustaparta (Isac Blackbeard) is a good premise to do culture products for tourism. |
