The main topics of the event: LINC wants to promote networking between European Leader areas in an innovative way. Also to promote transnational co-operation and to strengthen the European Leader’s thought. "LINC" means: LEADER - Inspired - Network - Community

The event was organized by: LAG Tartu Rural Development Association, LAG Borderlands Leader, LAG Põlva County Partnership Board, LAG Valga County Partnerships Board, LAG Võrumaa Partnership Assembly and Estonian NRN
